One of the better places to live in Midtown East if you want convenience without too much noise. The building is mostly studios and generally very quiet. The location is perfect - subway a few steps away, and multiple grocery stores including Trader Joes within 10 minute walk. The landlord is responsive and easy to talk to, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. We've had no pest issues during our time here.
Street-facing and lower level units will naturally get a bit more noise, but the street itself is very quiet for Midtown.
Great responsiveness from management. Security of main doors and individual doors feels good.
Package delivery can be a struggle. Cockroaches if you don’t cover your drains.
