Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews for 247 East 52 Street praise its prime Midtown location, good heating, and effective management responsiveness. Tenants appreciate building security and in-house laundry facilities. However, pest control is a significant concern, with frequent reports of rodents and cockroaches, and suggestions for better pest management. Noise levels vary due to nearby emergency services and nightlife, affecting apartment quietness. Garbage management and water pressure receive mixed feedback. Package delivery and lack of keyless entry have been noted as inconveniences. While some tenants endorse the building for its convenience and staff, others caution about persistent pest and noise issues that impact overall living comfort.
