Everything good except the garbage

Pros:
Their broker is excellent.
The owners are responsible; They do help as much as possible.
The Neighbors are friendly, which is a novelty in Midtown East Manhattan.
The street is full of restaurants
Cons:
They do not have a live-in super, so having things fixed can be slow.
The garbage piles up quickly in the alley as the super come only twice a week to take it all out. Sometimes the super skips a day, and disposing of garbage is downright dangerous. All this garbage creates a rat and roaches problem.
There are violation citations attached to the front building doors constantly.
Advice to owner:
Please have the super come more often to deal with the garbage problem.

Really good location. Easy to get other places in the city.
Cons:
Very poor communication with owners.

The landlord is a terrible human

Pros:
Literally nothing good to say here
Cons:
If an appliance breaks no matter if it’s 20 years old you have to pay for it.
The landlord doesn’t care if you go without heat
Very harassful company
Garbage is disgusting attracts rats in your apartment
No pest control
Very old dilapidated building
You will never get back your security no matter how clean you leave the apartment
Advice to owner:
Just because your a real estate lawyer doesn’t and are able to jump throw all the loopholes to save your back doesn’t mean it’s human

Pros:
Really loved the apartment but owners are not very friendly. Super is great but does not live in, repair are done in a timely manner.
Cons:
Common areas are not very clean and garbage area is always a disaster. Mail isn’t completely safe in hall as packages are visible. Bathrooms are very tiny !
Advice to owner:
The building is lovely but needs to be kept up with more and possibly updated
