Near subway station, clean building, nice views
Cons:
Some doormen aren't too friendly, not very sound proof inside units, expensive for the sq footage

Brand new, very nice, luxurious
Cons:
As a new construction, some of the build quality could be a bit better eg. Slight space between some floorboards.
