    Love this building
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    I never had any issues with cleanliness or bugs
    -doormen are incredible
    -very quiet neighbors
    -rarely a wait for elevators or laundry
    -very safe area
    Cons:
    I am only leaving because my unit is too small for two people
    Advice to owner:
    Keep up the great work!
