    Doormen, Elevator, Laundry,Gym, and so close to Grand Central
    Cons:
    There is a family of mice living in the walls. My neighbor moved out asap and sent me the pictures. We had complained about it months ago but nothing was done
    Advice to owner:
    Get rid of the mice
