Great doormen and porters, clean, not too many units, big apartments
Cons:
Consistent churn with supers.

Not a fault of the building but being near the UN, there are many protests (during the day)

Pretty Place Ruined by Consistent Cockroaches

Had cockroaches consistently, despite the building sending an exterminator several times
