    Great experience at The Envoy

    Pros:
    The building has spacious, well maintained apartments and building staff are incredibly helpful and responsive
    Cons:
    The laundry situation is tough - a very inefficient system with an online portal and a physical card and the room is HOT
    Advice to owner:
    Wifi in the laundry room (its underground so the laundry app doesnt work)
