Decent building with terrible sound proof and some rodents

Pros:
Pretty quiet and safe residential neighborhood close to UN. Live-in Superintendent. There are some units with loft setting.
Cons:
There is no sound proof whatsoever in this building. You will hear every footsteps, dialogues from neighbors and be ready to hear some of your neighbors intimate time. Occasionally roaches problem as well as mice.

Convenient and the neighborhood was nice. Not as expensive as the rest of the city. Not as loud/busy as other parts.
Cons:
Public transport is far. The building walls are thin so you hear everything.
