Pros:
Water pressure, dishwasher, response time of owner, no electronic payments
Cons:
Wasnt cleaned well before moving in, issues with radiator, some bugs, floor is noisy and creaky

Pros:
This building is pretty standard. There’s very little noise, the hallways are always cleaned, and management is responsive when you call.
Cons:
The super changed and no one told us, garbage piles up occasionally and some mailboxes have been broken for a few months.
