Things have went downhill with new management

Close in proximity to many transit options (6, E, F, LIRR).

Cons

Heat breaks often and rats usually crowd the garbage area. There have been efforts to fix both of these issues though.

Super was very responsive; building aesthetic details were nice for a post war style bldg, neighbors were respectful and kept to themselves; cement walls helped block noise so pretty quiet despite being on main ave

Cockroaches! 🪳 building was quick to address, but they always came back if you left the apartment for longer than a week. Also, no elevator and no garage shoot.
