Had a good experience!

Pros:
-VERY responsive super. Available constantly and is the sweetest ever -Neighbors were good, mostly kept to themselves -Pet friendly -Gave security deposit back almost immediately -Rent increase was super low
Cons:
-Pest control is pretty much nonexistent, not a single exterminator came by and there were pest issues
Advice to owner:
Monthly exterminator services would make a huge difference!
