Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent reviews for 320 East 50 Street highlight a generally clean and well-maintained older building with spacious units and quiet surroundings. Tenants appreciate the responsive and friendly superintendent who promptly addresses issues, including pest control and maintenance. The building offers convenient amenities like laundry and elevator, though the limited machines can be busy. Some concerns include occasional insects, outdated decor, dingy basement areas, and dated infrastructure needing proactive repairs. Management's responsiveness receives mixed feedback, with calls for kinder, more timely communication. Overall, the building is favored for affordability and community feel but could improve updates and management practices for a better living experience.
