Pretty renovated apartment with washer/dryer in unit and dishwasher. Great natural light
In a year and a half time span, a pipe burst above the closet, a pipe leaked in kitchen and rotted the floor, multiple leaked/ holes in the ceiling and black mold throughout the apartment
Fix the leaks and mold as it is a health violation
