Great location, decently managed, large apartments

Pros:
For midtown Manhattan, I get a lot of space. And an elevator. And laundry in building. Have never seen a package get stolen. Management is responsive and the super is helpful. I live right atop the restaurant at this address and that comes with its own noise, but overall, street noises are at minimum (aside from emergency vehicle sirens). The transportation options are amazing, I feel like I can get right where I need to go.
Cons:
The laundry room can smell really bad because it’s right next to the trash. The elevator is slow and faulty. My apartment had a minor roach problem ever since the building next door put up the scaffolding and the basement was sprayed for roaches, but after getting sprayed myself I haven’t seen another one.

Pros:
Well-kept building, super close to bus stops and subways, great neighborhood
Cons:
There was a period of bug problems and mice. Building management was responsive, the exterminators they called though were not as responsive
