Great location, otherwise fine
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, great neighbors, all apartments have great natural lighting, storage for a fee and laundry room in the basement
Cons:
Inconsistent pest control, lack of respect for common spaces from neighbors, management can be unresponsive to maintenance requests

Dreams come true? Not
Former Tenant
Pros:
I love the neighbors, I love the location, I love the apartment itself. It’s honestly a dream come true.
Cons:
There are roaches, every week, alive. The heat is either too hot or not working.
