Reviews

Former tenant·Over 1 year ago

Poor landlord management. Massive mice and cockroach issues.

Pros

Great location in midtown east, spacious apartment, and convenient subway access.

Cons

Very poor landlord management and with major pest issues. There are severe pest issues in this building with mice and cockroaches. Landlord ignores issues with pests, broken intercom, dirty staircase, plumbing, and nonfunctional key/lock. Landlord does not return the full security deposit to tenants and does not communicate any justified repair costs. Most of the security deposit is used to make unjustified repairs to the apartment. Landlord did not turn on the radiator heat until several months into the winter. This is a very old building with noise, management, and pest issues. Would not recommend living here!

Advice to the owners

Be responsible. Respond to tenants. Fix pest control issues.
