Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews for 315 East 57 Street highlight a mix of updated, renovated units with appealing features like exposed brick and modern appliances. Residents find the building relatively small and appreciate the cleanliness in some areas and effective pest control. However, garbage management and odors from trash rooms on each floor are consistent complaints. Noise levels vary, partly due to proximity to the Queensboro Bridge. Management responsiveness is a significant concern, with multiple reports of unaddressed maintenance issues and poor communication. While neighbors are generally rated well, the building's payment system and common area upkeep leave room for improvement. Prospective renters should consider these mixed experiences carefully.
