Responsive management but bad garbage
Former Tenant
Pros:
Management was always very responsive and prompt with issues with the apartment and service requests.
No major pest issues.
Utilities were not excessively expensive.
Cons:
Packages are often stolen.
The door code box didn’t work for a long time.
The garbage is poorly managed. I’m not sure if that’s a tenant or a management issue, but it often got to be really gross and piled high with trash outside the bins.
