    Mice, cockroaches, leaks with ongoing smells, rude landlord company

    good team at the building - super, maintenance, night doorman
    Cons:
    daytime doormen are useless except micky, management company is terrible, almost no action taken to treat pests in apartment (unit and building as whole). radiator has been broken the entire time i live there and no one does anything

    warn tenants about construction and take care of issues
