    Misleading Listing, Poor Management & Safety Concerns – Avoid This Building

    Pros:
    Prime Location
    Tenants are supportive of each other (neighbor group chat)
    Cons:
    No live-in super despite claims—maintenance issues ignored
    Unreliable heating (especially Winter 2023/2024)
    Excessive foot traffic due to questionable spa business
    Security issues—broken doors, disturbances, and fights
    Poor building management—unresponsive and inconsistent

    Management is not responsive and the super is not live in. The floors are also bowed in, a tilted apartment.
