It was a good location and there was an elevator
This building was HORRIBLE! Absolutely NO heat in the winters, the water pressure was non existent, and cockroaches galore! The absolute worst part was the neighbor in 4R that hassled every resident of that building. She was majority of the reason I left, and I almost called legal action
FIX YOUR HEAT IN THE WINTER, THERE WAS NONE!
