Location, small building

Cons

Management and ownership are rude and do not care about tenants. Boiler has been broken for the entire heating season, and management has provided no update on repairs even though they have been aware of the issue for at least 5 weeks. There has been no heat from radiators or pipes the entire season despite leases stating that heat will be provided by building/landlord. Tenants bearing the burden of paying for high utility bills and unsafe conditions due to space heater usage.
