    Tragically mismanaged property

    Great location
    Spacious closets
    Arched doorways
    Washer and dryer in unit
    The man who comes to get the trash and clean up is consistent and extremely kind
    Cons:
    Unresponsive superintendent
    No pest control when a neighbor brought roaches
    Heat goes out multiple times every year

    Hire an actual leasing agency. We know you’re trying to time your own operation and you’re failing
