Really great location
Pros
We really like the building and our landlord - he is great and super responsive and the building managment is doing a pretty good job. The super is ok but not super responsive but he is a nice guy - the building staff is quite lovely. .
Cons
Just had roaches issues: found 2 big ones dead and saw a massive one alive (that vanished...) in the span of our 6 months there. We also had a mouse but it was handled within a 2 weeks. The neighborhood is great but it get just a little noisy on Amsterdam as the windows are not the best to block the noise
Advice to the owners
I don’t have advice - I think they are doing a job.
