Updated units with modern appliances, AC, and finishes are the biggest pro of this building, walls are thick too.

Cons

Slow management response, a few roach problems but that was solved from pest control that now comes monthly. The building's front door needs better maintenance and an update. It's above a restaurant that hosts private events and sometimes the music can be loud.
