    Great building to live in!

    -Responsive super and owner
    -Back units are very quiet
    Cons:
    -Sounds from the hallway can be heard inside the apartments
    -Laundry machines occasionally break
    Advice to owner:
    Trash collection could be improved

    - quiet area
    - lovely balcony with pretty outdoor views
    Cons:
    - We had a mouse problem in our apartment for over 6 months, the advice we were given was to "get a cat"
    - multiple times the exterminator would come and didn't even know what they were there for
    Advice to owner:
    listen to your tenants
