    CORNACCHIA is nonresponsive

    Pros:
    Four walls; some doors and windows
    Cons:
    CORNACCHIA is non responsive as an on site manager. He isn’t in NY and drives around traveling for months. Don’t respond to calls and doesn’t manage the property.
    Advice to owner:
    Owner needs to get another agent. Someone who is around and able to respond.
