Pros:
Great floorplans and on-site staff
Cons:
Raised our rent 40%, and insurance requirements make it really difficult to get anything delivered

Pros:
Very good front desk and supporting staff
Large apartments with lots of storage and sunlight
Great Location
Lovely and convenient driveway
Cons:
Super sucks! Didn’t see him for the entire 2 year period and was rude and unaccommodating on the day of move out
Management is a bit too corporate
Basement where gym, laundry, delivery room etc are located is terrible. Feels like you’re under a commercial building like a stadium not an apartment building
Advice to owner:
Improve the building and services to compete with other building that charge similar rents

Management needs a serious overhaul

The apartments are gorgeous
Cons:
Management is atrocious. The general manager refuses to respond to emails and has his incompetent underlings handle issues with zero sensitivity whatsoever.

Staff great mgmt nonresponsive

Pros:
Staff is great. Doormen are the best. Super is good too. Large closets and apts.
Cons:
Management unresponsive unless they need something from you. 4 stars out if 5 building but management acts like it is a white glove luxury building with pxing.
Advice to owner:
Adjust your rents accordingly as they roll. Lots of empty apts...
