Great Experience

Pros

Not too big of a building, the doormen are all very nice and friendly - they give a personal experience, everything is kept very clean, and the residents are all friendly.

Cons

not the buildings fault, but the work being done on the outside is very loud and distracting when working from home. additionally, residents do not control the heat and it often blasts too hot when not necessary
