    Great location, decently sized studio

    Stairwell was dirty

    First apt in NY. OK condition.

    Nice interiors - hardwood floors, exposed brick painted white, refurbished kitchen and bathroom.
    Cons:
    Dirty hallway, rats in the trash, cockoaches in my apartment, no smoke detector or carbon monoxide alarm, entrance door doesn't lock, umarked mailboxes, funny smells in entryway and flies.
    Advice to owner:
    Better maintenance of entryway.
