Dirty hallway, rats in the trash, cockoaches in my apartment, no smoke detector or carbon monoxide alarm, entrance door doesn't lock, umarked mailboxes, funny smells in entryway and flies.
Advice to owner:
Better maintenance of entryway.

Nice studio, good location

Pros:
Fairly large studio. Hardwood floors, brick wall, decorative fireplace.
Good value (although I got a covid deal). Right next to Q subway station.
Cons:
No amenities, no rooftop access.
There was sometimes a knocking noise in the wall (like the pipes).

Pros:
Beautiful building. No bugs. refinished glossy wood floors. high ceilings. faux fireplace. what more can you ask for in NYC?
Cons:
The super isn't amazing, but ya know he does his job if you bug him about something enough.
Advice to owner:
The brick walls flake a bit, there may be some water damage behind brick in living rooms
