Terrible building management & upkeep

Building management has changed 4 times in 4 years. Worst one is the current UBIQ. Inappropriately unprofessional and disrespectful in communication with tenants and unresponsive to fixing building and apartment issues. Major theft in the area and won’t install cameras in lobby or fix the door. Pest issue. How water issues multiple times throughout year. It’s a small under 15 unit building, it shouldn’t be difficult to manage.
Advice to the owners
Do better. Be more professional. Take care of your tenants and manage the building.
Lots of issues and ok management
Pros
Renovated mostly clean and close to the subway. Great water pressure!
Cons
Boiler exploded leaving no hot water for a week, frequent issues with digital doorman, lots of coned issues. Building is entirely rent stabilized but landlord will not write it on the lease
