Desirable Neighborhood, Small Space

Pros

If you're looking for the perfect neighborhood uptown, this is it. Less than 5 minutes walking distance from the Q train. Less than 7 7-minute walk to the 6 train. Near some of the yummiest cafes, restaurants, and bakeries. Here are my pros: -Small apartment, but it's perfect for one person. -New Appliances in the kitchen. -Super is helpful and very kind. -The back of the building is very quiet. -A couple of neighbors have been in the building for a while, which I like.

-The management company can be rude and will not take feedback on making the building feel like a safer environment. -Rent is constantly being raised by at least $200. -Can hear the footsteps of upstairs neighbors.
