    Cozy apartments on charming street

    Pros:
    Sheldon, the superintendent, was friendly and helpful. Good neighbors for the most part.

    Not a lot of insulation- you can hear upstairs neighbors

    mice infestation, poor/no response from management, nothing gets fixed
    Advice to owner:
    take care of the mice, spruce up/fix things
