Cockroaches, mice, and bed bugs everywhere. Owner doesn't fix anything ever.

After living here anywhere is an improvement.

Cons

They never fix anything or respond to issues. The building has mice and cockroaches even exterminators cannot get rid of. The apartments are refurbished with second hand items, bathrooms have mould growing.

There were mice living in the heating system, and cockroaches everywhere. The neighbors were noisy, and smoked inside the building. Nothing was ever updated, and the owners refused to fix things.
