One bedroom layout very spacious, doormen Juan and Mario are amazing
Plumbing issues, bathroom very small, water damage under radiator and other nuances due to being older building. Went through phase with a few mice. Building seemed to go downhill with new management taking over (MGT).
As mentioned, the staff are what really put this building over the top. They have always been responsive and nice to everyone. The building itself is quite nice and the apartments well maintained,
Honestly, I can't really think of anything of consequence. Some of the molding is slightly out of alignment?
Don't make any changes.
Rodents, pest, mold, inadequate heat or hot water, defective building parts
