    Small but great building
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    - quiet
    - accessible, great area with lots of good restaurants
    - well priced at the time
    - good management, responsive
    Cons:
    - smoke alarm very sensitive
    - buzzer is super loud
    - small apartments and kitchen
