Horrible building, incredible location

Pros

Cheap rent for the area. Location is as good as it gets.

Cons

Moved in to a cockroach infestation, where the apartment was uninhabitable . Took a month to clear out and management only provided a $300 credit. Unresponsive, terrible trash room (rats, pigeons), packages stolen. I’ve lived in 4 apartments and this was, by far, the worst.

i could barely fit in the bathroom and the toilet was right up against the wall. cockroaches in stairs and always smelled bad
