Great for Short Term Rentals
Pros
The building offers extremely flexible short term rentals that can easily be extended as you need. There is nice lobby with very friendly people at the front desk. The apartments come fully furnished, and building management is responsive, helpful and friendly. The apartments are also extremely clean when you move in. The neighborhood is also very nice, there is a Trader Joes right across the street.
Cons
There are some downsides though, it is a little noisy being on a busy street and being right across the Queensboro Bridge, especially if your apartment faces the bridge. However, with the AC running the noise was never a problem when sleeping. The building themselves are well maintained, but certainly aren't brand new. It can also be a little pricey, however, that is expected as it is short-term and flexible. That being said, if you are looking for a place for a couple of months and want to sign an actual lease, I would definitely recommend the building, but I don't think it would pass for a long term home!
Advice to the owners
More frequent cleaning of hallways.
