The Doormen are great

Doormen are super sweet and helpful
5 units per floor
Great layouts
Cons:
Windows are VERY DRAFTY- will suck your Con Ed bill
Board members are cheap - they got rid of our $40/month cable/wifi package
Noisy area- right next to bridge traffic

Good building, good apartment

Excellent location.
Personnel of building are nice. Super is very responsive.
Building is in good state.
Doormen in the building.
Cons:
Responsiveness of the owner was very bad and his representative did not do a good job.
Advice to owner:
Improve responsiveness and check representation.
