The Doormen are great

Pros:
Doormen are super sweet and helpful 5 units per floor Great layouts
Cons:
Windows are VERY DRAFTY- will suck your Con Ed bill Board members are cheap - they got rid of our $40/month cable/wifi package Noisy area- right next to bridge traffic

Good building, good apartment

Excellent location. Personnel of building are nice. Super is very responsive. Building is in good state. Doormen in the building.

Responsiveness of the owner was very bad and his representative did not do a good job.

Improve responsiveness and check representation.
