I loved living here. The apartments are recently renovated and have great lighting. The building is well taken care of and the staff are some of the nicest people ever.
Cons:
Units facing the street have a lot of noise from the bridge traffic, it’s 24/7. You eventually get used to it but it can be rough when WFH. The landlords also always raise the rent the maximum amount each year, even if that amount is higher than what the open units are going for. They will not negotiate the increased rents!!!

Noisy, old gym

Pros:
Nice staff, clean lobby and corridors
Cons:
Very noisy on a constantly busy 63rd St. Constant honking. Bathrooms are old fashioned. Gym is very dated with old machines, poor tvs etc.
Advice to owner:
Modernize gym and bathrooms.
