Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenant reviews for 346 East 65th Street in Manhattan highlight responsive super and proper garbage management as positives. However, concerns include high rent for limited amenities, thin walls leading to noise disturbances, ongoing loud construction nearby, and slow responses from management. Despite a desirable location and friendly neighbors, the building lacks in owner responsiveness and pest control. Mixed reviews regarding the owner's approval and building recommendation suggest a need for improved maintenance services and noise insulation to enhance the overall living experience.
