    Pet friendly (with no fee), generally safe and quiet, good location near multiple subway lines and walkable to Central Park
    Cons:
    Management very slow to make repairs, heat and hot water go out sporadically, apartment is outdated, mice live in walls

    View from unit is of brick wall, maintenance request process could be smoother, mice in walls, unit is not updated
