A mostly good experience

Pros:
The building is in a great area, has quiet and respectful residents, and a trash area that keeps garbage bags off the front sidewalk. They also generally respond to maintenance requests pretty quickly.
Cons:
The heating in the winter is next level. My bedroom hit 98 degrees one night in January. There have also been some rodent issues, which they responded to with glue traps. It’s an old building, and some of the units haven’t been renovated in a very long time - lots of things breaking, leaking etc. That said, I’ve liked living here overall.

Pet friendly (with no fee), generally safe and quiet, good location near multiple subway lines and walkable to Central Park

Management very slow to make repairs, heat and hot water go out sporadically, apartment is outdated, mice live in walls
