Pros:
well-managed building; good garbage disposal; decorates during holidays; super that lives in building and very helpful and responsive.
Cons:
My unit could be more renovated and cleaner with updated appliances for the price. rent increased more than I expected. New management that changed suddenly does not seem to care about tenants.

Great building for couples and young families

Pros:
clean, well maintained, quiet for couples and young families. Superintendent is great and super responsive.
Cons:
Building managers are awful. They will do construction at any hour of the day without letting tenants know. Very unresponsive to concerns. Increases rent by $300-$500 each year.
Advice to owner:
Suggest placing value in retaining good tenants
