Pros:
The area is the only pro
Cons:
•black mold
•constant water damage
•breach of warranty of habitability
•fecal contaminated water leak
•non responsive management
•scumlord - look up Mark Scharfman
•rats, roaches infested
•you’ll get sick from the mold
Advice to owner:
Fix the pipes. Get a professional to remove mold. Stop being cheap.
