    OK Building, not super clean.

    Great location, friendly neigbhors
    Cons:
    Building still has tape from paint job done a year ago up.

    buzzer system has phone app
    good neighbors
    close to q train
    Cons:
    bedrooms get very hot in the winter
    no live-in super
    no smoke detector in apartment
    Advice to owner:
    put smoke detectors in all units
