Pros:
Clean, well maintained building with a responsive landlord. Packages were always safe, good natural light, and great appliances.
Cons:
Nothing to report. Only thing I'd say is slightly faulty dishwasher, but this was resolved.

Had all the amenities you could want (Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, updated appliances, in close proximity to grocery stores, subways, gyms, and other businesses. Amazing location, great supervisor.
