Amazing and responsive landlord. It’s the owners son who truly cares about the buildings upkeep. He was my personal handyman and never charged me. Great location and rent controlled
The shower water never stayed hot. And the heating system was very loud and hot. Had to keep the window cracked open in the winter. Studios are extremely small.
