Cozy, can’t complain rental

Pros:
Every time something has broken they are responsive and get it fixed timely. They keep the heat comfortable in the winter. There is monthly pest control. Recently renewed hallway and stairs. Nice neighbors and neighboring businesses.
Cons:
Super does not have keys. Mailboxes have not been updated.
Advice to owner:
Would be great if you could take instant electronic payments.
