Well Kept Building

Pros

Well kept bulling, responsive and helpful management, gate around building entrance, overall a great find for the price

Cons

no laundry in my unit, run down appliances, doors, and floor

Great place but has some issues

Pros

The building feels very secure. Management is mostly responsive to issues. The super and handyman are great. There is a nice rock formation behind the building. that brings a lot of serenity and peace

Cons

Heat is electric and can get very expensive. There is issues with the gate locking. Like every landlord, they will raise prices like crazy each year.

Advice to the owners

Appreciate your long-term tenants, don't be so money hungry.
