Great building, if you don’t live on the top floor

Pros:
Clean, relatively new fixtures, great neighborhood
Cons:
One apartment has access to the roof where they would throw parties and make it sound like the roof was going to cave in. Went back and forth with management about never have been told anyone had roof access. In the end I had to move.
Advice to owner:
Be upfront about who has access to what in the building. Solve the issue instead of saying there’s nothing we can do. No one deserves to live with constant noise.
